Our harvest is done with the most modern equipment. It is all mechanized, which allow us to reduce the working time and to respect the quality of grapes before the pressing and to vintage at the more appropriate moment. By realising the vintage quickly we obtain a quality wine and we keep their specificity for each growth (cru).
